About this house rental
2019 built new homes! NO ANTS, NO BUGS, Absolute center of the city, It's convenient to go anywhere, the homes NOT AT BUSY STREET, PERFECT QUIET, near UofA, only 2 miles. easy to access broadway boulevard, speedway boulevard swan RD and I-10.Many restaurants, food markets, shops. Unit 2 has two-bedroom on the second floor, all bedroom has private bathrooms, a half bathroom in downstair. A huge parking lot! Even RV!

The Orange House is well maintained, clean and for us a very handy location. The neighborhood is mixed but everyone we met while walking around was very friendly and we never felt the least insecure.
The place was as advertised and anything we needed to cook and keep house was on hand.
I would note that there are lots of steps to navigate to get to the bedrooms, so if you aren't comfortable with stairs you might want to look elsewhere.
Our host was always accessible with answers to our questions and she was kind enough to inform us that we had left an important item behind and has offered to mail it back to us. We stayed for 60 nights and never had a problem of any kind with the house or the supplies provided. We'd stay there again in a heart beat and hope to book again next winter. Excellent experience, top notch place!

The house was very clean. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen. Close to University of Arizona.

Nice facilities, clean, comfortable beds. Neighborhood looks a little rough, but no problems. McDonalds only a couple blocks away so used that for breakfast. Bottom line, clean, comfortable and no problems.
