Private and gated home with attached garage and lots of outdoor living areas surround the pool. Each of the 3 bedrooms have a USB cell phone charging station on the night side. Barbecue on the outdoor grill. Meditate, relax and unwind at this desert compound.
Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans. We have a cooler and pool toys. Crib/playpen & highchair are available. Great backyard with Pool, Spa, Pergola and Fire pit. Pergola has dining table and couch with lighted ceiling fan and electrical outlet for your laptop.
Pool heat is optional an additional depending on length of stay. Please inquire for more information.
1. Maximum occupancy: 6 people
2. There is no amplified music allowed outdoors, , radio, musical instrument, amplifiers, karaoke, devices that produces or reproduces sound can be used outdoors, at any time .Quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM. No swimming in the pool after 10 PM.
3. Maximum number of cars allowed: 3
4. Short-term vacation rental occupants shall respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property
5. Pursuant to the Cathedral City Municipal Code §3.24.030 a 12% tax is imposed on guest stays of thirty days (29 nights) or less

7. Cathedral City banned short term rentals in 2023. So all bookings in 2023 must be at least 31 days.
*There is an oleander hedge in backyard and poisonous to dogs so please be careful with pets.

We escaped winter to Cat City for a fantastic 6 weeks at Steve’s Zen Retreat! I can honestly say when we had a question about ANYTHING, he’d typically text us back within 5-10 minutes. Centerically located, minutes to everything, too. Amazing mountain views of Gorgonio Mountain & San Bernardino mtns.. great pool & hot tub! Run this place!

The oleanders in the back yard are very toxic to dogs. Our dog became very ill, requiring an emergency vet visit. Good to be aware as property is advertised as pet friendly.Otherwise nice home with wonderful yard. Host was responsive as needed.

The property was well presented All beds were very comfortable.The living room furniture were also very comfortable
Stephen was very very prompt in responding to all requests
The exterior landscaping was something to relax in especially the evening lighting
The pool was clean and well taken care of twice a week.
The lawn furniture was very comfortable and could be used at anytime of the day.
Would highly recommend this property.
