About this apartment rental
The studio is ideally located between the sea and the park in the Couchant district. Access to the beach is via a footpath (no road to cross)
The 28 m2 studio cabin is on the ground floor of the Résidence Ulysse Plage 2
A numbered and reserved parking space is available
Terrace and garden are oriented south west in the shade of a large blind.
Access to the residence is secure
At the rear of the residence, there is a large park with games for children and a pétanque court.
300m away, by pedestrian and bicycle access, is the shopping alley in the Couchant district with all restaurants, shops, pharmacy, caterer, fruit and vegetables, grocery store and beach shops.
This studio is equipped with:

- a large sliding cupboard in the entrance,
- a bathroom (with bath) and a separate toilet
- a cabin with 2 bunk beds (with bay window)

A deposit of 500 euros will be required at the entrance to the premises, it will not be cashed but returned at the exit in the event of non-damage.

Nous étions deux (avec ma fille de 23 ans)c'était parfais, nous nous sommes tout de suite senties chez nous, la déco parfaite et emplacement très pratique avec les vélos. Petit bémol, la chambre avec lit superposés est à déconseillée aux claustrophobes, je n'ai pas pu y dormir, j'ai choisi le clic clac. Heureusement ce n'est pas le cas de tous le monde j'imagine.

Excellent endroit pour se ressourcer et ainsi profiter pleinement des vacances. Studio très bien situé au calme, proche des commerces, restaurants et plage. Idéal pour passer d'excellentes vacances.
