The property is easy to locate and near a subway station. Shinshaibashi shopping area is walkable or one can ride the subway. Just 2 subway stops away. It is a good size for our family of 5. The place is clean and the AC works just fine. Water pressure is great but bath tub is small. The unit is a 2 story building. On the ground floor is the dining, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. It also has a separate enclosure for an extra TATAME room. On the 2nd floor are 2 rooms - one with regular beds and the other one is another TATAME room. The 2nd floor is equipped with a separate toilet. The property owner is responsive to our email and text messages.

The supplied pillows, comforters and towels are a bit overused. They have that old mildew smell on it. I would suggests changing them with new ones more often. These things are considered consumable in the hotel industry to maintain hygiene and freshness. Also, the place is right beside a main thoroughfare. So, be ready to hear those load sounds from passing cars and occasional ambulance sirens outside. There is a WIFI but the speed is just descent.

写真で見たより汚れが目立つ。タタミに大きなシミが…。 大雨の時、2階の天井から蛇口を半分ひねったくらいの水量で雨漏りがした。 タオルが人数分なかった。
