About this villa rental
Villa Sesmarias Lux is situated on the outskirts of the popular coastal resort of Carvoeiro a quiet residential area between similar luxury properties. An unforgettable holiday is guaranteed in this striking villa. It has some spectacular features including the ocean views, easy access to beautiful beaches, within walking distance of several excellent restaurants, a south facing private pool, immaculate interior, and many other facilities.
When you step through the front door, you will immediately notice that the local owners have spared no expense in their attention to detail. Each room has been lovingly maintained and very well decorated with individual color scheme's, matching fabrics and appealing comfort. Air conditioning is present in all main rooms. The Sesmarias villa has an attractive entrance hall and all rooms radiate on the ground floor. Spacious and light are key words for the living room. This has a very large flat screen TV hanging on a wall, a feature bar and patio doors onto the sun terrace that surrounds the beautiful and family-friendly pool.
The kitchen / dining room is spacious and is exceptionally well equipped with everything a cook needs including a particularly impressive wood-burning grill / barbecue. Doors lead directly and easily to a covered summer kitchen with a barbecue. Ideal for lunches in the shade or dinner on a balmy evening. A cloakroom and the main bedroom with en suite bathroom and terrace make this floor complete.
Upstairs there are two equally attractive bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and a double bedroom, both with en suite bathrooms and two share a spacious sun terrace overlooking the ocean. On the lower level of the villa has a living / game room with a pool table, a TV, comfortable seating and access to the covered parking and the laundry room.Outside, the grounds completely fenced with extensive terracing around the pool and a path around the house which is interspersed with beds of shrubs, citrus plants and lawn.Accommodation: 6 persons, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.

We stayed at the above location n April 2025. Absolutely stunning Villa and the location was perfect for my wife and I, to switch off and relax for a week. We know the area well, so was perfect for us. Would definitely visit again if available.

Well equipped spacious villa. We had a great stay, the location is quite built up but the villa still feels very private and not overlooked. The pool and terrace areas are superb with areas of full sun and shade throughout the day. We travelled with 6 month baby and good high chair and cot provided. There are small hairdryers in bedrooms., not on listing. Parking for 2 cars on property and cars park on road outside. Great location, local shop has reasonable range of goods but quite expensive, larger supermarkets only a short drive away.
A couple of points (not much at all, very minor and did not affect stay) The wood fire oven in kitchen is now a display feature and not available, There were only 5 sunbeds for 6 adults, bbq area pizza oven very dirty and full of rubbish. Sunken bath in master is not easy to use as step in is beside wall.
