Two-room apartment (4 people) - Villa Antonina

The apartment is located within the Villa Antonina Residence, situated about 300 meters from the characteristic sandy coves typical of Sardinia's northeastern coast.

The one-bedroom apartment (4 people) includes: living room with equipped kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower or bathtub and an equipped patio. Inside you will find all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home: air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi (partial use), kitchenette equipped with dishes and cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee machine (only capsules sold at the reception can be used), hair dryer.

For any needs you can go to the reception office which will be open daily from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Check-in is available daily from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Check-out is scheduled by 10:00 am.
Arrivals after 8:00 pm must be notified to the property in advance. Failure to notify does not guarantee accommodation and a surcharge of € 50,00 may apply.

Your stay includes: electricity, water and gas, final cleaning, air conditioning, first supply of bed linen and towels, use of swimming pool (from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm), Wi-Fi (partial use), use of bicycles until exhausted (deposit € 50,00 per bike), use of washing machine for common use, unattended parking, playground.

Upon your arrival, you will have to pay some mandatory fees:

CITY TAX: to be paid in cash, compulsory at the Municipality of Golfo Aranci. The amount may vary depending on the time of the year.
DEPOSIT: € 200,00 refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the state of the apartment.

Four-legged friends are allowed in our facility upon request, but will not have access to the common areas. There is an extra charge of € 50,00 for their stay.

Please note that the cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal is the responsibility of the guest. Failure to clean the kitchenette or disposal of the waste will be charged a penalty fee.
