Amazing city light views from this hillside property in the heart of exclusive Paradise Valley, located next to some of Scottsdale’s best shopping and attractions, and just a short drive to the Spring Training ballparks. A sprawling main house and spacious guest house each have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms creating room for everyone! There’s a full size putting green for golf lovers and a large sparkling heated backyard pool to relax in. Enjoy sitting outside and watching the city lights.
This property is conveniently located for someone who wants the full Scottsdale, AZ experience with dining, shopping, golfing, baseball, hiking, and fun. This property is great for multi-family, multi-generational, and group vacations.

Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. We have a no tolerance policy regarding loud noise and parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting our home.

Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night!
