- 10 mins from Giant Gouffre de Cabrespine - 20 mins from Cathar Castles, Caves of Limousis
- 50 mins from the beaches - 1h30 from Spain (Le Perthus)

- Nearby also many hiking trails for hiking, walking, mountain biking, fishing. Climbing in Caunes Minervois, walks, in the Montagne Noire located 8 minutes away. the cottage is non-smoking - small animals are accepted, kept on a leash - Sheets and towels are not provided, pillows and duvets provided.
Composition: - T2 house - 45 m² (adjoins the main house)
- with fitted kitchen (fridge, hob, microwave, dishwasher, Senséo coffee maker, kettle, toaster);
- a living room with TV, sofa bed convertible into a double bed (120 x 190);
- a master bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and television;
- a bathroom with shower and washing machine,
- separate WC
- Access to terraced area with garden furniture and barbecue
Prices :
Mid season: June and September: 330 € / week, (-10% the 2nd week, 15% the 3rd week (4 people max) charges included
High season: July - August: 360 € / week, (-10% the 2nd week, 15% the 3rd week (4 people max) charges included
Low season: October to May: € 310 (+ € 50 heating costs / week (if necessary))
weekend: 100 € (2 pers max. + 10 € / pers / day) except summer
Night: 60 € per night (2 nights mini 2 people max + 10 € / pers / Day) except summer
During school periods, the applicable rate is that of June and September
Local tourist tax: 0.55 € / person / day (free for children under 18)
Cleaning carried out by you, otherwise provide € 40 extra.
Amount of the deposit: € 200
A deposit representing 30% of the rental amount will be paid upon receipt of the contract. The deposit is considered as an advance on the rental price. The balance will be paid at the entrance to the premises when the keys are handed over.
