Franz met us and showed us everything. Great apartment with a modern design and everything you need. It looks good and feels good. Wonderful bathroom. We were happy that the kids could watch Netflix in their room. One more thing I’d add is an EV charger to make this house even better.
There are a couple of minor issues: 1. The automatic light in the hallway was extremely bright and kept turning on when I didn’t want it to. 2. The vacuum cleaner wasn’t working for some reason

Die Fahrt bei Schnee und Glätte ist schon anspruchsvoll, aber der Vermieter hätte mir auch mit den Schneeketten bei Bedarf geholfen!

The apartment is new and very good equipped. The outdoor seating is nice with a great view. The bus stop is a short walk away and the ski bus brings you in 7 minutes to the middle station. As a party of 3 we felt very comfortable in Franz‘s property. We can really recommend to stay there.
