Descarga de uns dos banheiros não estava funcionando / geladeira não fechava por conta que a borracha não vedava.

Adorei a localização, limpeza do apto e condomínio bem familiar mesmo .
Falta utensílios na cozinha , como pratos (louça) e mais panelas. Não tem Microondas . O colchão encapado com aquele tipo de tecido ( Corino) muito quente e barulhento , quem tem problema de sono leve não dorme . Entendo o motivo , porém não consegui dormir 😕 *Sugestão* : Eu acredito que se colocar telas de proteção nas janelas , vai valorizar muito mais e seria muito mais tranquilo com famílias que vão com crianças.
