A lakás Stary Smokovec legjobb helyén, a központban, egy nagy épület legfelső emeletén található. Tágas, kényelmes minden, nagyszerű a kilátás az Alacsony-Tátra felé (a Magas-Tátra hegyei a másik oldalon vannak). Jól felszerelt konyha, és fürdőszoba, kényelmes ágy és kanapé, az erkélyen kényelmes ülőgarnitúra. Nagyon hasznos az ingyenes parkolóhely az épület alatti garázsban, és a zárható kerékpártároló a földszinten, ahol még konnektor is van az e-bike töltéséhez. A közvetlen közelben minden megtalálható, amire szükség lehet: kávézó, étterem, bolt, mosoda, gyógyszertár, bankomat.
Az ablakokon és erkélyajtón nincs függöny, csak sötétítő. Az egész lakás hangulata egy kicsit komor, túl sok a szürke szín.

Az üveg bor bekészítés nagy meglepetés volt. Szép új szálláshely. Tiszta, jó elrendezés, berendezés. Bolt, kávézó a házon belül, ki sem kell menni.
Garázsban jó lenne egy elektromos töltő. Elég lenne egy konnektor, az autó mutatja a fogyasztást. De fogyasztásmérő nem árthat.
