Charmant Duplex Montagne aux Deux Alpes avec Sauna et Wifi - FR-1-516-147

The accommodation itself is absolutely wonderful. Great size, great location and value for money. The facilities inside the accommodation were perfect I would give this accommodation a 10 out of 10 but sadly can not give this as an overall score because of issues highlighted below:

1: The collection of the keys took quite some time, which is dictated by the office opening hours. A complaint about this seems common on the other reviews. Get there early or be prepared to stand in a queue. !!! 2: The keys had the wrong access code on the fob and there was nobody around for quite so time to open the communal door. 2: The apartment was not sufficient clean upon my arrival and required some remedial action by my family. Very disappointing 🙁 3: I emailed the agency to report my findings but I never received a response, and still haven’t to this day. 4: The shower requires maintenance and or updating as the water coming from the thermostatic valve is only just warm (other hot water taps are fine). Additionally, it appears that the waste water trap is leaking and allowing drainage smell to enter the apartment, which is quite bad at times. This appears in other reviews.
