extremely pleased - would stay there again

Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive to emails. The property was spacious, very clean, quiet, and welcoming; the kitchen was fully equipped and functional. Located right across the street from the Horseshoe Bay Resort, it was super convenient to walk there for a conference I was attending.

Cleanliness Comfort Many “extra” amenities Fast response from owner

1 MINOR issue -but I think could be fixed. We arrived at around 9:30 pm and we couldn’t see where our rental was. It was very dark . Took us a bit to walk around and find the rental . Maybe post some more info and some more lighting for easier access .

Absolutely beautiful home!

We just loved this property. Horseshoe Bay Resort was right across the parking lot. The condo has a great location by the pool with a beautiful deck to sit on and enjoy a glass of wine. The decor of this home was very up-to-date and well thought-out. They had everything we needed and more. The host was so helpful and had great ideas for things to do. We will be back.

The stay was great

Liked the roomy interior and the patio, the cleanliness, the quiet area and ease of coming and going.

The parking was scarce and confusing. No parking spaces were marked and we weren't sure where to park. One morning there was a note on the car that we were in a "private" parking spot but there was no sign.

We loved our stay and will be back

The condo was very well appointed. Lots of details- games, kitchen supplies, toiletries and general comfort items all furnished. Our stay was fantastic and will stay there again.

Small item, the upstairs bedroom windows, very high on a vaulted ceiling could use some curtains to block out light.

Pleasant

The condo once we got inside.

The walk from the car was difficult for our group. No cart to take groceries to our condo. There were no hand rails to hold on to to get up the stairs to our condo. Almost fell backwards on the second set of stairs. Had to hold onto a tree limb. Very difficult for seniors. I definitely will never book a room as since without asking about the entrance are there people to help us and stair rails.

Inside was in perfect shape, clean and comfortable

Pool chlorinator went out before we arrived so it was not available for our visit. It did get addressed and fixed about the time we had to leave. A simple issue that could not have been anticipated.

Exceptional

The cleanliness of the property is amazing and when I called the owner for help he answered and was very nice. Also, they provided free snacks and beverages when they didn’t have to. Much appreciated.

I didn’t like how it says walk to the resort but we can’t do anything at the resort without being a resort guest. A little misleading.
