Community Perks + Beach: North Myrtle Beach Condo

We didn't get the breakfast, we loved the location and hope to get the penthouse next time!!!

Nothing that I can think of.

Ease of check in. All the folks at the hotel were exceptionally nice.

There was not spare toiletries in the room or extra trash bags - yeah I know nit picking, Also, same folks run down every morning and throw towels on the chairs to save for the entire day.

Location..Balcony, Liked that they had restaurants and a store. Parking deck was easy to use and find a spot. Nice pools, lazy river, outside bar.

For our unit # 1234..the sofa needs to be replaced and the beds need better quality mattresses. The unit was not properly cleaned prior.

Pools were great! Bar and restaurants were good, restaurant and bar staff were incredible very nice. Beach access was great! Great location close to barefoot landings!

Where do I begin? When we arrived we had no parking pass in the room like they said we would(they brought us one), Tv did not work (they did replace it) that was a +. The bedding is just 2 sheets. The extra pillows and the bedding for the pull down bed was disgusting and shave a terrible smell( had to go buy bedding from Walmart. The mattress on the pull down bed was also disgusting enough that my MIL wouldn’t sleep in it so she slept on the couch… the sliding door to the balcony does NOT lock! The sliding doors were also very dirty and completely built up with grime and dirt. We stayed with a toddler that was very concerning that it did not lock. Shower curtain was moldy and gross! Dishes in the cabinets were all gross not properly washed. Come to find out this condo is for sale… might explain the lack of care for it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ we went on a deep dive of reviews on this condo while we was there and on all of the bad reviews the owners reply was incredibly rude and they never took accountability for any of the problems…. Says it’s thru evolve rentals but it’s cleaned/ managed by vereen rentals?We communicated with someone from vereen seemed like they didn’t own it but they managed the issues and maintenance for it. They acted as if they had no idea it was for sale…. Very odd to me.
