The heat automatically went to 62 degrees after 10pm, made it very chilly in the morning. The TV in the living room was not working correctly so had to watch TV in the bedroom, made the best of it. Could not text with the owner, she said doesn't work for T-Mobile.

The property was clean and safe. It was well furnished with adequately comfortable beds and furniture. All the appliances worked and were clean and modern. The location was convenient to many shops and the beach.

If you have AT&T, there was low to no service while we were there. No texts and no calls 95% of the time. This may or may not be their fault, but it was really lame. You had to drive up the street to make a call. Verizon was fine. The place had a retro-fit, absentee landlord feel. Most of the light switches didn't do anything and so you had to turn the lights on and of by a cord. If you wanted to take a bath you had to buy a stopper at the store. The shower had low pressure. The shower curtain was weird and didn't deflect water. They only left one bar of soap. When I contacted them, they bobbed and weaved on everything. It sounded like they were out of town didn't have anyone in the area. A $1.50 bath stopper and a $0.50 bar of soap could have made for a much better review, but that sort of effort was beyond them.
