The house is huge and there was plenty of space for all of us

The location is great and the house is big. Samantha was very responsive and helpful when we called but cannot do much about house listing and maintenance.

The listing on the house is misleading, showing it had 4 bathrooms when it actually has 2 full and 2 half baths. This is import when you have multiple families staying there together. The house is in need of some major TLC. - Major issue with mold/mold smell – mold growing on ceiling in piano room and on old wood furniture in den. Needs deep cleaning throughout the entire house. - All the carpets are stained terribly in all bedrooms. - There are lots of cabinet with lots of stuff in them. But nothing is organized, making it hard to find anything. - Water damage along floors in kitchen and loose tile in bathroom. - Lots of broken/damaged trim and window coverings that need repaired. - Listing showed fans in all rooms and only one ceiling fan and one portable in another - The air conditioning ventilation to three of the bedrooms is marginal at best. - The house is priced way too high for something in its condition. - Hire a good maintenance guy and spend a little money with improvements

The space was very nice, the furniture was a little dated but gave it a homier feel for us, the kids loved the ping pong table, and the area was convenient for our stay.

For a holiday home WITH a maid cleaning service it should have been cleaner! There was dust everywhere, bugs and cobwebs, we found a spider in our bed (which had bit me during the night), the coffee pot AND Keurig machine was disgusting, microwave digital face didn’t work, there was mold growing on/in some of the cabinets, the kitchen sink smelled of mildew, dishes in the cabinets weren’t clean or were rusted, the back patio area was not maintained at all! I do not believe we will be returning....
