It was spacious and well stocked with beautiful views in a quiet country setting
There were 3 RV’s parked on the same property as the house. Not sure if they were rented or relations of the owner lived there but people were coming back to them late at night making a lot of noise ending with a big brawl at 3am waking everyone up and worried that something bad might happen. If these were rented we feel we should have been informed and a quiet time enforced during late night hours.

The place is huge and the kitchen perfectly equipped. The washing and drying machines were very helpful. We also liked the pool table and the huge bathtab (I didn't try the jacousy features). Boulder is a very quiet and tranquile place in a beautiful surrounding.
Not all showers worked properly, but we managed with those that did.

The property is located in Boulder Ut. Surrounded by white sandstone mountains on a working cattle ranch. Our family enjoyed the quietness the property had to offer as we relaxed with hiking at lower & upper calf creek falls. The house had all the fixings that one would need for a large group. Would recommend to stay here.
