Conveniently located for our needs.
Very uncomfortable surroundings. Hard to tell if this complex was a renovated apartment complex. The parking lot had many dilapidated vehicles indicating the complex was a functioning apartment complex.

Decor was a little dated, but clean and tidy.

It was very clean and had just what we needed. There was a nice shower with great water pressure. In general it was very quiet. Coffee was provided and We were able to make coffee and have a light breakfast before we left each morning. We liked having a code rather than a key entry. There was plenty of parking. It was in the perfect location for us. There were many shops and restaurants in the vicinity.

The location is good for getting around using the 25 and Arapahoe.
There were two doors that we couldn’t verify were securely locked throughout our stay that were between our room and the two on either side. It was also generally noisy
