The location is the best! Great island, neighborhood and beach. Really good! The house was comfortable and offered many amenities: pool, spa, decks, BBQ, garage, parking, kitchen equipment and reasonably spacious rooms.
The house needs some TLC: cleaning, painting, minor repairs (bar sink, kitchen faucet, shades, fans, pool plaster). At over $4k per week to rent, most expect this level of property to be well maintained. Note: lots of stairs to negotiate all day long!!!
