Everything was fantastic. Location was so close to the beach/casino. Quiet neighborhood! Except the trains, but you can’t help that so no fault of the property. Very clean! They were very responsive when I contacted them.
The gate in the back yard was gone so it was fence was open. I was looking forward to the security and being able to relax and nap in the sun. The back deck had some boards replaced but there was a weak spot and I stubbed my toe on it as the board was nearly broken.

Location, it was very close to the beach, to my family here in Gulfport. Loved it!!!

Location was convenient to family and activities. The house was comfortably appointed with all the amenities of home, including two coffee makers (One keurig and one drip with filters). I appreciated that since I don't use K-cups and like a big pot of coffee in the morning.
We came to visit family for my youngest's birthday. They wanted to bake their own cake, but when we went to preheat the oven it spewed horrible fumes. It turned out to still have a thick layer of cleaning foam in the bottom. We went to open doors and windows, and when I opened the back door I found a bag of exploded trash (including what looked to be the remains of a hair weave). As it was late in the evening and not an emergency, I emailed the property manager...but I never received any type of response. I found it frustrating to have found the property in this condition, and knowing that I would pay a hefty cleaning fee of $100+ just didn't feel reasonable.
