Gatlinburg Smoky Mountain Cabin ~ 1 Mi to Park!

close to Gatlingburg!

Had to call the host to get code after arriving because the code that was emailed to me didnt work. The property could use a little updating wall paper peeling really bad in bathroom and tiles are broke and chipped also.

Cabin was nice and in a secluded area. The view was amazing! Plenty of room for everyone! Decorated very well and lots of bedding provided!

The hot tub didn't work properly, it kept tripping the breaker. The leg on the kitchen table was broken. Someone was supposed to come and fix it but never did while we were there. The toilet paper rolls were only about 1/2 full and the ones to refill it were only partial rolls.

Beautiful log cabin with beautiful views. Close to Gatlinburg and entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains.

Arriving in the dark. Roads are very narrow and scary.

The location and the view of the mountain from the porch was beautiful. The kitchen and dining/living was spacious and nice. cookware and utensils were stocked.

There were few things that were not good for us. Bath room door lock doesn't work. one of the main bed rooms had cigarette smell all over the bedding and room. There was laundry left in both washer and dryer so we had to take them out to use it which is not OK. The bedrooms didn't have good lighting at all .Only lights were the table lamps. you can't get dressed in the rooms at all as it was dark . we had to use the bathroom for better lighting, that is something owners should consider updating. The drawers in the rooms had stuff filled and some didn't have handles so couldn't actually use any of those. The property management contact Melissa listed on the email was not at all responsive. Luckily i was able to get hold of the owner and they were helpful and seemed sweet ppl.
