    The hostel was very clean all the time. They provided free towels which is always a plus. There was a microwave,kettle and toaster with cups and plates, so you can get food at the convenience store. The owners were very friendly and available, and the place is less than 5 min walking from a subway stop connecting to Sapporo center

    I stayed in Arura Sapporo for 5nights and must say my experience is nothing but delightful. The hostel is just 3 stops away from Sapporo station. There is a Lawson and a 7/11 near by. The beds are really soft and cozy. Most importantly, it’s Nathan who makes that place special. Very kind and helpful for anything the guests need him for. My experience has been superb and I am grateful to meet a lot of kind and genuine people in that hostel. If I am going to Sapporo anytime in the future, this is the only place for me to stay.

    I cannot believe the host can fit in so many people in a tiny building. They even hang bedsheet in the common area. The hostess always looks angry and bothered. I will not come again
