About this chalet rental

38m2 chalet in Chamrousse 1750, beautiful family resort. It includes 3 rooms, 6 people, 2 bedrooms, 35m2 closed terrace, near the resort center and amenities (800m).
Free shuttle nearby.

WC and separate bathroom, children's room with 3 beds, 2 of which are bunk beds, adult room with 1 double bed, lounge area with 1 sofa-bed, plenty of storage space, room with service entrance, flat-screen satellite TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer.
Fitted kitchen area: traditional oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette, plancha, ...

Pleasant and very quiet environment, chalet located on the edge of the forest in the residential leisure park "Les Chalets des Cimes" in Chamrousse Roche-Béranger (1750m), with reception structure and caretakers on site. Chalet located at the top of the site. Parking at the foot of the chalet.

Everything for baby: travel cot, high chair, changing table.

Disappointed that it’s listed as ski-in ski-out. Shouldn’t really be described as this as only is it ski-in ski-out when the road has snow on it! Also, bedding is not included and doesn’t say in the description. Cost us an additional 100 and was old and worn. Also, the beds in the bunk room are very, very narrow. We have a 15 year old who didn’t fit and ended up on the sofa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this chalet. The location can’t be faulted. The chalet could do with a little care as the vinyl is coming off the kitchen cupboards & is a little dated. Please also be aware that the service fee does not include a full clean. You are expected to do a full clean of the kitchen & bathroom which isn’t ideal when you are rushing to pack to check out. Inventory checks are carried out on check out so if they are already booked at 10am then you may have to check out earlier (we had to check-out at 9am as that was the only slot left). Chalet boot room is very handy to dry your ski gear overnight. Excellent activities within walking distance. We did husky sledding & horse/carriage ride throughout the forest - highly recommend. Would definitely stay again if service fee/expectations to clean are resolved.

Petit Chalet super bien agencé, fonctionnel, on y trouve tout ce qu il faut ! A proximité des pistes pour l hiver, et des randonnées pour la belle saison ! La terrasse est super agréable et spacieuse ! J y retournerai sans hésiter au besoin !
