Uncomplicated, everything worked, ac worked hard and cooled despite super hot weather. Easy beach access and beach chairs available. Quiet. But spent most of daytime hours w brother in another house.

We enjoyed our stay but we were overrun by ants. The carport and the upper deck was covered in ants. This was an issue with my 1 year old grandson. Also the security lights on the northeast corner of the house blinked on and off continuously day and night which made sleeping kind of tough. Also the security alarm beeped nonstop and we could not silence it. So much for a relaxing stay! Again, we loved the place but we had to overcome these issues.
