About this house rental

Tholen 10 km from Bergen op Zoom: Modern, beautiful holiday development "Oesterdam Resort". 7.3 km from the centre of Tholen, at the seaside, 100 m from the beach. For shared use: children's playground. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bicycle rental. Available: canoe (extra). Central parking spaces. Supermarket 7 km. Marina 500 m, golf course (18 hole) 14 km. Nearby attractions: Boottocht Yerseke 29 km, Rosada Outlet shopping 30 km, Natuurpark Kalmthoutse heide 35 km, Stoomtrein Goes - Borsele 39 km, Grote markt Antwerpen (BE) 48 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Markiezaatsmeer. Hiking paths: Kop van 't Hoofd 15 km. Please note: car recommended. Reception open 09:00-17:30 hrs. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. Additional accommodations can be booked. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Bookings for workers, non-family groups and youngsters are not allowed. Preference costs €40 to be paid on spot.

Upper floor: 4 double bedrooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds. Bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Parking (3 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.
