Need to get some type of discount this is not acceptable.
Property was very spacious and warming.
Property was not clean and full of spider webs… comforters were dirty and stained. Outdoor tv was locked and staff never answered when I tried reaching out, kept getting routes to someone else when I would call

No Customer Service
Cutely decorated. Spacious.
No communication. Multiple emails, many calls with no one answering, messages left with no replies, could not get in because left wrong code in one confirmation communication. Luckily we found someone by knocking on neighbors doors and found a random cleaning crew person who let us in and gave us a code. No check in as described, no person to contact. Messages answered at 8 pm on day of arrival giving us the code for a family of 6 to get in when check in was at 4 pm. On hold for over an hour with booking.com contact. Kids beds were dirty and felt like the sheets had sand in them. It is a very far walk to the beach and the beach area is not very swimmer friendly. Will never use booking.com or stay here again.
