Location, safety with security 24 hours, room size was ok, was nice to have free parking. Overall the room was clean and comfortable.
Our particular room had doors that did not shut all the way, for the bathroom and the door to the bedroom. Room could use some updates as far as paint and new mattress for the bed.

The fact it was right on the beach. Inside the hotel was a pizza place NY something spent alot of money there was the best pizza I have had.
The place was called blue water not steps even though we paid for steps. The room was supposed to handle 8 it was tiny as hell an hard for 8 ppl the kitchen was small the balcony you couldn't even sit out there comfortably. The pools could have looked better. But either way it was on the beach
