Set amongst the farms and fantastic views of the mountains. Great terrace to sit out on. Value for money.
It was a bit rustic, my room was directly below the terrace and there was a very noisy group who stayed up late so I didn’t get a lot of sleep.

Il rapporto prezzo qualità è ottimo, il terrazzo ha una vista meravigliosa sulle montagne. La posizione è davvero strategica per visitare Misfah al Abriyyin, Tanuf, Nizwa. Il posto è molto tranquillo. C'è un bollitore con le bustine per il té, la cucina completa e una lavatrice che si possono usare.
L'arredamento ed i servizi igienici sono molto basic

It’s a very friendly place, and we enjoyed in particularly to sit in the shade on the terrace. Some of the comments said that it is extremely dirty, but this we cannot confirm. It isn’t the cleanest place, but it’s also not the most expensive place. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
Bathroom could be better and the whole place could be better maintained. Still, value for money is good.

very good location, very close to old Al-hamra city, property is surrendering by palm trees, calm and quiet place. terrace with amazing view at palm trees and mountains, very friendly host
very dirty place. I think nobody clean here anything for a while. as example I write only this: mouse poop on the bedside tables, dirty linen, dusty plates and cutlery etc etc
