Overall we were very pleased with our stay. With the exception of no elevator everything was perfect

I didn't like the 16 step stairs to get to my Apartment. I cannot book it again because it is too difficult for us to go and return.

We would recommend this place, it was great!

We liked being close to two great places to eat, as well as being in an old town that was coming back to life with improvements. It was a nice place to drive to and enjoy walking. We appreciated how much linen was available for a week stay. The beds were very comfortable! The kitchen was clean and sweet. We enjoyed the all the furniture and pictures.

We wished for a big knife to cut watermelon. And a medium size bowl for mixing food would have been useful, but we used a pot! 😊 Also, the bedroom was too warm, even with the fan, unless the door was open.

Great location, great host, will stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location is absolutely perfect for a trip to the Ark Encounter with kids. Close enough that you can run back for an afternoon break without it taking all day to get back. Host was amazing and thoughtful! Would definitely stay here again.

My only complaint was that the bedroom stayed warmer than we like. There was a fan provided, but we like to sleep cold and the AC in the living room just didn't make its way into the bedroom well.

Another great vacation, another great stay!

The apartment was super clean and equipped with everything we needed. Great location for our trip to the Ark Encounter.

The stairs were alittle challenging specially after a long walking day, but not a deal breaker.

The apartment was quaint and cozy with a southern feel of hospitality.

The aprtment was nicely decorated and was clean. In fact, it smelled like the cleaning crew santized the entire apartment with bleach. It was a quaint and cozy apartment. Our hostess, Faye, was a delight and was very accomodating to our last minute reservation change.

I wasn't aware of the steep stairs we would have to climb to get to the apartment, my knee is somewhat problamatic. I also would have liked to have another mirror other than just the bathroom, especially when you have to share one bathroom mirror with two other females.

This apartment was lovely for our family trip and we were well cared-dor by our host.

Coziness of facility and nearness to event.

The pass code only worked the first time we arrived. From then on we had to call host to let us in from her location. We're in our upper 70's and have had knee surgery and weren't aware it was up 17 very steep steps to the living area entrance from the street.

Quaint and close to the Ark!

It was very quaint on an old fashioned American street. I really enjoyed how comfortable it was. The owner was very nice and concerned that our stay was as good as it could be. We liked that it was small apartment-like. So it felt more like home.

There was no stove even though there were small appliances to make up for it. Just strange no stove was there. We had to pile the linens up on the floor and leave trash in the hall. I think with the extra amount we paid above what we were quoted the owner could do that.

It was located close to the Ark Encounter. Faye was nice.

Bed sheets and toilet appeared clean but window sills, floor, furniture and bed frames were dusty and dirty. Street was loud at night with passing cars, train and people walking by.

Wonderful experience!

The hosts were so accommodating, kind and wonderful. Any questions we had, they were just a text away. We were spending our first day at the Ark Encounter (only a few minutes away from the apartment), and we couldn't remember if we left the coffee pot on! I asked the host if it had an automatic shut off. She said, no worries, I will check it out. We could go on and enjoy the rest of our day. The beds were comfortable, the decor uplifting. Everything was perfect for a relaxing stay with all of our needs met. We were so happy to get to stay here.
