Location, size of the home, number of bathrooms and bedrooms. Bigger, secluded yard. Spa tub. Pet friendly. Very clean. Owner was very friendly.

Some of the beds were not very comfortable (very hard). Pictures were not up-to-date on Booking.com. We still had everything we needed, but definitely a little outdated. All in all still a nice place.
