About this apartment rental
This second floor tastefully furnished condominium has 2,300 sq. ft. with three bedrooms and two and one half baths and is located in the gated community of Palmira Golf and Country Club. From the balcony enjoy the spectacular view of the sunset over the Palmira golf course. Included in the rental and just across the street is full access to the Renaissance Center with a lagoon style resort swimming pool, waterfall, heated spa, four lane lap pool, complete fitness center, activity rooms, eight tennis courts, four pickle ball courts and four bocce ball courts. Additionally, there is a private community pool just a short walk away.
Although golf privileges at Palmira are not available, there are numerous public access courses within 30 minutes.
Palmira Golf and Country Club is in a perfect location to enjoy the shopping and beaches of Naples. Bonita Springs , Estero and Ft. Myers. Southwest Florida International airport is just 20 minutes away, Bonita Beach less than 20 minutes, Fifth Avenue Naples 30 minutes, the Mercato 25 minutes, Cocunut Grove Shopping Center 25 minutes, and Ft. Myers Beach just 45 minutes away.

We loved this place! Beautiful 3 bedroom plus office second floor condo with amazing sunset view of the golf course.
Close proximity (very quick walk) to the aptly named Renaissance Center, with a resort pool, lap pool and 8 tennis courts. There’s also a well-equipped fitness center, and even a pub/bistro.
Palmira renters are added to the email distribution list for members of the club, and thereby made to feel welcome and kept updated on activities and schedules and even the bistro menu.
The new Logan Boulevard makes the drive to Naples much easier, and has sidewalks that are great running paths. Running around the community provides some shade as well.
Roy, our host, is a charming and accommodating person who made the whole experience fabulous.
All in all, a wonderful place to visit, whether to relax or get back in shape. We hope to return next year.

This is a wonderful place that won't disappoint in any respects. The unit is architecturally appealing, and nicely decorated. The view and sunsets are hard to beat, and the development is top notch. Roy is a wonderful person from which to rent. Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. If I was staying in the rental market, I would have secured this rental immediately.
