About this house rental
This home was built in 2014. The floor plan and everything about the home is modern. Located on a quiet street a block off University Boulevard. The location is convenient to Williston State University and local shopping. The new Williston airport is easy to access from this location.
The house is furnished with nice new furniture, TVs and has all the amenities you would need. Master has king bed, second bedroom queen and third two twin beds. The twin beds can be pushed together to make a king.
There are stairs going up to the bedrooms which are easily navigated if you are not handicapped.
There is a garage which can be opened and closed using smart phone. No work trucks in garage. Owners car will be on one side of garage leaving other side open. Plenty of on street or driveway parking if you are towing a boat.
Each of our sons own a home on the same street and can help us with renter assistance as needed.

Lovely property close to all of the necessities and the downtown area. Quiet, clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay again! Thank you Norman for offering this great location! It was absolutely perfect for our trip to visit family in Williston!

Stayed for 5 nights. Was given the wrong entry code by VBRO so had to wait for owner to issue a new one. Owners son assisted, lives nearby. Poor instructions for entry didn’t know you did code and Check Mark too, thermostat, it was 70 deg and last night there it was 28 deg outside, didn’t know how to switch from cooling to heating. Overall really nice place.
