• POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.
• GRILL:
Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

The cleaning crew needs to steam mop floors. We removed our shoes at the door while coming in and noticed our feet were getting black on the bottom very quickly from walking around within the house. The house appeared to be used roughly by previous guests for being a fairly new property. Carpets are worn. The sectional couch was very uncomfortable and broken down. The fabric chairs were not ideal for children to sit in to eat. Otherwise, the themed bedrooms were terrific, and the mattresses were very nice in the bedrooms. We appreciated having a kitchen furnished with dishes however, the China was also not practical for children to use, especially with solid surface floors through the kitchen and dining area. The pool area was nice and had a hot tub as well. The enclosure and safety gate for our little ones were a bonus. This was a good location to use in proximity to Disney, Old Town and Seaworld.

Overall our trip was pretty great!! There were some minor issues: the check in process could have been smoother. We were not given a QR code or gate code to enter the resort and the buzzer did not work. So going in and out of the gate was somewhat of a challenge. When we finally entered the property, there was a sort of stale smell which went away after we opened the doors and sprayed air freshener. The pool was dirty upon arrival but management sent someone out to fix it pretty quickly. Other than those minor inconveniences, the house was perfect for our family with plenty of room to spare.

My family and I really enjoyed this location as it was within feet or literally a couple miles for stores or you name it... The house was plenty big for my family. We would rent this property again.

We are regulars at this property and as per usual, loved the location, amenities and experience. This is why we visit Florida. Just like home!
Only recommendations for improvement is to fix the outdoor ceiling fans. The outdoor space is nice so the fans would add to the comfort for guest.
Overall, we will be back.
