About this house rental
Pine Bluff at Tamarron Resort (Pinecone #822) is our 1 bed, 2 bath luxury condo featuring an updated kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, gas fireplace in the main living space, and private deck. Situated in a pine forest offering a secluded view. Wifi speeds are appx 100+ mbps. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions.
Centrally located in the beauty of the San Juan Mountains at Tamarron Resort is Pine Bluff #822. This delightful vacation rental has been remodeled and has nice furnishings. The living room has a 65” SMART TV, and a queen sleeper sofa with a comfy foam mattress. The modern kitchen has everything the chef in the family will need to prepare meals at home. The dining table seats 4 and there are also 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The main level full bathroom has a walk-in shower and washer/dryer. The deck looks out upon a pretty grassed area with giant pine trees. The large, lofted master suite has a king size bed, a desk, an on-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo, large closet, and a 42” TV.

There is a gradual incline pathway from the parking lot and several stairs leading to the front door of this condo
ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf at a special discounted rate, tennis, pickleball, playground, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.
LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc) activities.

We’ve spent the last 4-5 years coming to Tamarron Resorts in the summer. All of the condos we’ve rented have been wonderful, but this condo was above and beyond our expectations. Wonderful place to escape the day to day of life. Thanks for such a wonderful experience.

Great location and very clean. Had a few issues that prevent me from giving a higher rating. The public WiFi was horrible and we were not provided with the passcode for the unit Wifi. That resulted in having to rent a co-working space in town for the days that we worked @ $60 per day. Kitchen is not well equipped if you actually like to cook. The windows in the upstairs loft do not open and as a result, it's quite warm upstairs, even with the AC on. We had an issue with a pump on the HVAC running all night, and the property management was very responsive. The repairman couldn't find an issue and it repeated on the last night of our stay. Awake half the night again and that led to being very tired at the beginning of a 13 hour drive. Overall, would rate a B minus.
