About this apartment rental
Super comfortable apartment, very bright and with excellent views of the city from a 15th floor. - The building has 24 hour security. and the entrance to the apartment is through a private shield.- Throughout the day and especially at night it is extremely quiet.- It is fully equipped and has a laundry area with washing machine and tender.- The environments are spacious and has air conditioning and central heating.- My accommodation is good for couples and business travelers. Excellent location within a tourist area of 5 star hotels, restaurants and shopping promenade. Close to all means of transport. Quiet and safe area. Its location allows access to all the exits of Buenos Aires and is within walking distance of museums and large parks.- Living in the apartment is like living in your own home.- In addition to quality furniture, you have the possibility of using two TV screens, one of 50 "in the Living room and another of 32" in the master bedroom.- The library It has material for reading and recreation.- The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary utensils for those who like to cook.- In the main bathroom there is a hair dryer and bathtub for immersion baths.- It has important closets for the storage of clothes and suitcases.- Public transport to any place in Buenos Aires is 200 meters away and on foot you can quickly reach San Martin Square, the famous Florida pedestrian that ends at Plaza de Mayo, Government House, Cabildo de Buenos Aires and the Metropolitan Cathedral (where Pope Francis gave Mass for 20 years) .- In addition to the museums of the Plaza de Mayo, very close to the department there is a whole series of historical museums.- For the walk to 100 mtrs. My husband and I greatly enjoyed the apartment. The location was excellent. The building staff was courteous and helpful. The owner was very flexible. The apartment was well maintained and nicely decorated. It felt like home away from home. We would love to go back when we visit Buenos Aires again.

Everything was great and suitable except,
1) the claim that it is a two bedroom
2) the availability of English spoken programs and Netflix in the large screen TV in the living room
In fact it is a very good apartment, not a 3-bedroom as advertised but rather a 1-1/2 bedroom because the 2nd bedroom is so small in size that it is in fact a half bedroom
Everyone was super friendly and made our stay nice and easy.
