About this apartment rental
Our holiday apartment - the Kupferstollen - is a beautiful 1.5 room apartment with a balcony. The apartment has been newly renovated and is looking forward to hosting lovers of the Harz Mountains.
The apartment also includes a parking space directly in front of the house. The apartment is extensively equipped - of course free WiFi is also included!
THE LOCATION
The apartment is located on the outskirts of Sankt Andreasberg, in the middle of the national park (680 m). The house is very quiet and is mainly used by owners. It is at the end of a dead end, right on the edge of the forest. From here you can walk to the high ropes course, the toboggan slope or the cross-country ski trails in 5 minutes. It takes about 12 - 15 minutes to walk to the city center.
EQUIPMENT
The 42 sqm, sunny apartment has a cozy living room with a fitted kitchen (spacious and fully equipped). There is a ceramic hob and an oven as well as a dishwasher. Of course, a kettle, electric coffee machine and toaster are also available.
In the small bedroom there is a 1.60x2.00 m double bed. The sofa can also be converted into a lying area for lounging in front of the television or as a place to sleep for a third person.
The television offers a diverse HD SAT program. It is also possible to connect a notebook with an HDMI cable. Since we are both nature lovers and film fans, you are welcome to use our Netflix account. You can find the description on our homepage kupferstollen.de
Of course there is also a CD radio with a Bluetooth interface.
THE OUTDOOR AREA
The balcony faces south with comfortable garden furniture. The large garden can also be used by our guests.
SPECIAL
The local bakery offers a bread delivery service - information about this can be found in the apartment.
Toboggans are provided free of charge.
PRICING INFORMATION
The final cleaning costs an additional €35 once and is binding.
An optional linen package costs an additional €12.50/person (including bed linen, shower and hand towels and tea towels). Please let us know in advance whether you would like this.
The costs for electricity, water, heating, etc. are included in the above apartment price.
All overnight prices are based on a maximum of 2 people. For each additional person a surcharge of €7.00 per night will be charged.

Adults €3.00, children under 6 years €0.00, 1st child from the beginning of the 7th year to the age of 18: €1.65, all additional children free

Ms. Andrea Diedrich will be your contact person on site to provide you with advice and assistance and will hand over the keys to the apartment.

Es ist eine top Unterkunft. Alles gut kann man nur weiter empfehlen und wir werden bestimmt nochmal buchen! Eine Manko hat die Wohnung die Matratze vom Bett ist völlig durch gelegen!

Wir hatten 5 schöne Tage in der Wohnung Kupferstollen. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte nur ein Deckel für die Pfanne.
Leider hatten wir nach einem Teilausfall der Heizanlage im Bad nur noch Kaltwasser - das kann passieren. Die Vermieterin bot sofort von sich aus einen Preisnachlass an. Die Hauswirtin war bei allen Fragen schnell ansprechbar. Dankeschön!
Es wäre gut, wenn in der FeWo-Anzeige die Zusatzkosten ausgewiesen würden und die Ankunftszeit aktualisiert, die dort mit 14:00 steht, tatsächlich aber 15:00 ist. Außerdem wird in der FeWo-Anzeige die Wohnung für 2-3 Personen ausgewiesen, aber es geht nur für 2 Personen gut, weil das Schlafzimmer keine Tür hat.
Wir kommen bestimmt gerne noch einmal wieder.

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung, alles da was man braucht. Nur kommt zum genannten Preis noch die Reinigung, wenn notwendig Kosten für Handtücher und Bettwäsche und Kurtaxe rauf.
