About this apartment rental
Apartment located on the 1st line of the sea, in the residential Don Paco of the Urbanization of Roquetas de Mar. It has direct access to the promenade. Availability of swimming pool in summer time. The residential has a swimming pool and private parking area for guests. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 beds of 80 convertible to 2 beds of 160 and an extra bed of 80), two bathrooms with shower, kitchen open to the living room and quiet terrace overlooking the residential .

The apartment is in a small complex on the front line. It was very clean and well equipped with aircon throughout.The complex has a pool but this was undergoing minor maintenance during our stay so I cannot comment on this.The owners communicated well and were helpful both before and during our stay.

Nous étions une famille de 5 personnes dont 3 enfants, appartement très fonctionnelle et très calme ou il y'a des nombreux couchages, nous faisions tout a pied depuis l'appartement pas de besoin de voiture (restaurant, plage, souvenirs, commerce....).
Je recommande ce logement sans problèmes et n'hésiterais pas revenir.
