    The aesthetics is top notch. the location is quite far from subways and bus stations (10-15 min walk) .. uphill walk to kiyomizu, ninensaka but still walkable. the room is amazing though, has plenty of space and has almost all that we need.

    Stay Sakura was the perfect lodging for my family's first time in Kyoto. It's so close to various bus stops for the main destinations, as well as various cool shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The space is definitely smaller coming from America, but I also booked the most affordable room so there's likely roomier places. The in unit laundry was very helpful, and
