Private setting, Pool , hot tub, balcony , location and cleanliness
Front entrance gate code box didn’t work as it should. We had to punch the same code in several times to get in. It was like some of the buttons are wore out or a short in the system. Definitely needs serviced or replaced.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful it was quiet and relaxing everything was in driving distance had a great time
That the beach was across the street . the property had construction work going on and only one elevator was working

Location, view of both the Harbour & the ocean, included toiletries, great pool.
Condo was clean but I did a few things to make it to my specks. This is picky but wish there were two beach access keys. Not everyone in the group wanted to go & leave at the same time.

needs new fry pans
no colander
hairdryer would’ve been nice
needed another blanket ( one per room)
walk to beach was unsightly with huge trash bins on way
hot tub empty/ too low
of water on Easter
