We’ve stayed here multiple times and it is quiet, close to everything, as well as family, and Bob is an awesome host!
There was an odd smell this time but nothing that we were upset about or would not stay again.

pet friendly. Enclosed yard which worked well for our dogs. We removed all "deposits' before departure.
Advertised as steps to the Cape Cod canal. The canal walking path is about 1/2 mile away and one would need to walk across a railroad bridge. No mention of the Seamass train tracks alongside the property fence. Track is well elevated above the shore line on revetment stone. No beach per se. Just a narrow stretch of sand and rock. A real ankle breaker. We opted out.
We're local so we knew where to go to walk dogs.
