Location.

The location was perfect the amenities were perfect. Host was great.

The neighbor who smokes in the room next door you could smell the cigarette smoke as well as it came in the room when neighbor was smoking inside. It was clean but could have used an extra deep clean. Dust on cabinets and fans. Bed was clean, kitchen was clean, and bathroom was clean too.

Quiet location, convenient to attractions.

Very dated accommodations. Desperately needs updating. Bargain brand soaps and shampoo (from cruise line)! Old pots and pans, pillows, comforter, old carpet. Ok for a weekend. Would not book again for a longer stay. If listed as an air b and b, should be about $80 a night. This is a condo situation in a gated community. On the 3rd floor...no elevator. Cheap bath mat, that slipped around when I got into shower. Grabbed safety bar, that came off in my hand. Coming in and out of property a little annoying because of manned gate, and having to show a pass, that they did not give me until 2nd day. And you can only use main gate on weekends with the pass. Other gates, the printed pass won't work if gate is not manned.
