Porch, kitchen, TVs and Appliances.
Lightning. Larger General lighting was a obnoxious bright white. (All can Main overheads Kitchen, family room/dining as well as sink area in master bath) Maybe a owners personal preference but as owners of multiple Vacation rental properties it just a suggestion for improvement. Also, putting in dimmers switches on all main switch lighting(inexpensive upgrade).
Master bed was insanely soft. For a one bedroom home I’d suggest a upgrade.
Filter on the fridge water needs to be re placed (just to help pass along to property management).
The rest of the home as very very nice. Thank you for sharing your home. Greg

My check out time was approved for 1:00. Left to go to the store and received s text saying house cleaning was there. We had to rush back and gather our things. This put us in a bind since our flight had been delayed also.
