Nu am avut inclus micul dejun.
Amplasamentul e splendid, cei de la Cosy Studio au fost foarte drăguți și serviabili. Faptul că apartamentul este dotat cu frigider, plită de gătit, toaster și kettle, cu veselă și tacmuri, a reprezentat un mare plus pentru mine. Au chiar și fier de călcat! Este o zonă foarte liniștită și plăcută. In rezumat, excellent value for money. Recomand călduros tuturor celor interesați de un sejur deosebit de plăcut la prețuri modeste și condiții decente.
Țncălzirea. În prima parte a sejurului, vremea a fost destul de rece, lucru resimțit și în interior. De asemenea, apartamentul este slab iluminat.

We prepared our breakfast. Location of the apartment is very good, practicaly in the center of Lisabon. We could easily walk to the center, or take some public transportation (tram, bus, or taxi).
The apertment is small, but it has practicaly everything. It has one normal bed and one sofa bed, which has to be unfolded to be used. We have stayed 12 days (11 nights) and their standard procedure to change towels (and bed linens) is every 7 days. Since we (and all tourists) walk a lot, 7 days frequency for changing towels is very low - it should be based on a 3 days interval. For extra towels one has to pay additionally (10 euro for extra set).

The amplacemnt of the location is great and overall is good price for what is offering comparing with other offers from Lisbon. But if you are a little pretentious you will be disapointed.
Honestly , the location need a lot of repaires. Window is not closing well .The sofa is a nightmare. It have 2 wood pieces missing, fact signalized also by other turists and is very dirty with traces of mold on it. Is very short too , too little for an average person. Apartment has a mild musty smell and need to be aired often. Cleaning can be done better and the towels need to be changed with new ones becouse are very used.
