We had a fantastic stay at Arrowood in Plettenberg Bay. Willi welcomed us personally, showed us everything and made us feel at home right away.
The apartment is perfectly equipped and very thoughtfully designed. The living area is cozy and inviting, with comfortable armchairs and a TV – a great place to relax. The bedrooms were very well set up, with comfortable beds, blackout blinds and everything you need for a good night’s sleep.
We especially appreciated all the little details: fresh fruit, snacks, crackers, coffee and other thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was very clean and well organized.
The accommodation also offers great extras like beach equipment (chairs and towels), a washing machine and even a pool. The location is excellent – very central and at the same time safe.
Overall, we felt extremely comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable, secure apartment in a block. Good communication from owner with lovely extra touches like welcome wine, chocolate and fruit. Allocated parking good and undercover. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach .
Property is situated on a busy road but as early risers it didn’t bother us at all.

Location easy to find and good access to all restaurants and shops in Plet. Kitchen well equipped and flat comfortable.
Extremely noisy at night with traffic down the busy street to the Beacon Isle hotel. I was mislead about the cost of staying there. Willie promised to repay a previous deposit as a deduction against staying there later on, but he never has. On Booking website it says I paid an amount of £500.00, but in reality it was £750.77 which is R16 890.65! This is an exorbitant amount for 8 nights out of season. Advice to prospective tenants - just be very careful when and how you pay for this accommodation as the company called 'Nightsbridge' deducts the money from your credit card way before they should and its impossible to get it back. I approached the owner several times about this, but nothing has been done.
