TIAM Apartment Poiana Brașov D117, 3 rooms, 3 terraces, 3 bathrooms

It was spacious and clean, there was a designated parking space, we were provided clear instructions on how to get to/ into our apartment. My children liked the play corner, and we had everything we needed, including a washing machine, airer, ironing board, and iron. Heated towel rails were a nice bonus. Also, if you’re staying with kids- there’s a good play area in the middle of the apartment blocks.

A couple of things needed fixing up; the shower heads don’t sit properly in their holders, so you couldn’t just have a shower- you needed to hold the shower head. The shower door in one room has a big gap at the bottom, so it leaked water over the floor every time I tried to shower. The terrace furniture cushions were a bit mouldy, so we didn’t want to sit on them. The play corner was lovely, but might be nice to have a few toy items to go in the shop/ kitchen, and maybe some colours to use with the colouring books provided? We had a few toys/ colours with us that the kids used, but not everyone will have bits with them.

Apartament superb, condiții foarte bune, caldura merge dacă este pornita...exista telecomanda pe perete și pornește. Bucătărie utilata, 3 bai extrem de utile și un spațiu de joaca pentru copii cu bucătărie și bancuta de lucru. Raport calitate preț excelent. Liniște și priveliște excepțională. 3 balcoane în care te poți relaxa și poți sta la povesti pana seara târziu.

A fost totul perfect.
