Апартаментът е просторен и разполага с всички удобства за настаняване, Локацията е удобна, разполага и с паркинг.
Цялостно апартаментът е захабен и се нужае от освежаване. Мебелите в банята, осветлението са в ужасно състояние. Завесата за душа е много мръсна и гнусна. Каналите са запушени и мръсни. Дивана в хола е ужасно мръсен и се чувстваш некомфортно да седнеш на него. Кухненските мебели имат нужда от поддръжка. Цялостно апартаментът е неглижиран и неподдържан и необновяван от момента на построяването му.
