The sloping garden was useful for our dog, totally dog-secure and beautifully stocked with mature trees, bushes, shrubs and flowers. The small patio area is secluded but overlooked by the host's veranda above the apartment, seating and parasol were excellent for al fresco dining and relaxing in the shade. Indoors, everything worked well and was clean and comfortable, and of good proportions. The place is airy and was cool (during some very hot weather days). The shower cubicle will need refreshing before too long, but the water flow was pretty strong and capable of giving you the refreshing shower you wanted. The host was on hand in the adjoining property to assist as needed (which was not required by us) but it was good to know they were easily contactable. The local beach had a dog-friendly, sandier beach (rare in this area) to visit, well serviced by nice cafe restaurants. One could park between the house and patio area, behind automatic security gates, and/or there was parking at the bottom of the hill with private and direct foot access

More of an inconvenience that a "not like" - the water supply was cut by the City for a few hours, luckily we had a small stock of our own bottled water and my wife just had another couple of glasses of wine, and we delayed taking evening showers until it came back on. Not a "not like": it was essential for us to have a car, to be able to get our grocery supplies (3 - 5 kms away) and visit the local beach and beyond, although there is a bus service (I didn't need to look into that aspect).

L’appartement est spacieux propre et bien aménagé, l’endroit est très calme idéal pour se reposer. On est proche de Nice et des autres sites touristiques à visiter en voiture. Un parking pour la voiture est un vrai plus.

Bel appartement au rez de chaussée, confortable, spacieux et propre très bien situé pour visiter les alentours. Le parking privé est très appréciable.
