Location, Host is very helpful and friendly, and apartment facilities.

Sometimes I heard noise from neighbors.

The communication with the Host was great so we were able to find the Apartment easily and there was a parking lot right next door. Quiet area. Walking distances to all areas of interest were very acceptable. Grocery store and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. The apartment itself was neat and clean. Well stocked kitchen and the washing machine was a huge bonus as we had been on the road for a few weeks already. Bedding and linens were good. A drying rack for clothes and a throw blanket for the couch would have been nice.

We got the keys from lock box easily but could open the outside door with the key provided. I contacted the Host and she immediately sent us a code to use instead, So all was good and we had no more trouble.

Location was great. Close to everything we wanted. Including the old bridge was a 10 minute walk

El trato con el personal. Cuando se alquila un apartamento con unas instalaciones se tienen que dejar todas las comodidades para hacer uso indistintamente de la cama o sofá cama. Que el usuario se distribuya como quiera. Tuve que pedir sábanas para el sofá cama y se me pusieron pegas porque en la reserva solo había 2 adultos y un bebé y eso te hace pensar que tenemos que dormir en una cama todos parece. Se me ofreció una cuna bajo pago pero mi bebé no duerme en cuna. Me equivoqué al hacer la reserva y se me pidió encima más dinero encima por un niño de 4 años que también venía con nosotros además del bebé. El precio encima ya era elevado para las instalaciones y tuvimos que pagar más. Da a un patio interior. Poca ventilación y mucho ambientador incómodo que daba dolor de cabeza y era muy molesto. Otra cosa importante es que hay una cámara de vigilancia en la entrada del alojamiento. La cual no está ni anunciada ni existe ningún consentimiento previo para que se nos grabara de alguna forma. Hecho denunciable. Ni en el anuncio existe ninguna objeción a este detalle ni previo a la entrada nos hicieron firmar un consentimiento para esto. Existen menores en la reserva y son hechos bastante sensibles que deben tratarse previamente a la reserva.
