About this house rental
Vacation home with private and panoramic views in Feliceto, 15 km from Ile Rousse. This beautiful vacation villa has two terraces, ideal for enjoying the sun or shade as you wish. The first terrace with panoramic views and comfortable armchairs overlooks a breathtaking landscape, and from the second you can go for a walk in the countryside straight from breakfast.
The villa is located on the land of the owners (who live 100 meters away), in the heart of mountain villages and landscapes of Balagne. The villa was built in 2016, the rooms are spacious and modern. The master bedroom on the 1st floor has an adjoining bathroom.
The village of Feliceto is dynamic, with restaurants and food in season. The owner will welcome you and let you enjoy authentic Corsican hospitality away from the summer crowds.
Only 15 km from Ile Rousse, a lively coastal town with many stores, crafts, friendly restaurants and paradisiacal beaches, numerous activities await you. You can go on excursions to a glassmaker, a jewelry designer or a producer of Corsican extra virgin olive oil. All water sports activities, paddle, diving, sailing and motorboat or windsurfing are offered in Ile Rousse, and a visit to the magnificent botanical park of Saleccia 19km will give you an insight into the amazing richness of Mediterranean flora.
You are only 30 minutes from the Agriates Desert where you will find the beautiful beach of Saleccia and some of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in Corsica, an ideal place for unforgettable hikes, on foot, by bike, for excursions in boat and 4x4 safaris in the bush with magnificent views of the mountains and the sea.

Très belle maison récente, propre et parfaitement équipée.
La vue sur les montagnes (de la terrasse et/ou de la piscine) est magnifique, on ne s'en lasse pas.
Situé dans un petit village (Feliceto) très calme, la maison est à l'écart du centre mais on y accède à pieds facilement et en moins de 5 minutes. Malgré la petite taille du village il y a plusieurs restaurants à découvrir. Possibilité également faire de belles randonnées (comme celle menant à la "maison du bandit").
À seulement quelques kilomètres de la mer, des plages, de l'île Rousse et de Calvi, la maison est un point de départ idéal pour partir à la découverte de la Balagne.
Nous avons également fortement apprécié nos échanges avec la propriétaire et ses précieuses connaissances sur sa région.
Nous avons qu'une hâte pouvoir y retourner un jour, nous recommandons.
