Check-in was seamless and the place was spotless.

Location is great however now cops are on another level which makes these stays so so… but destination is nice

Finding the room was tricky and the parking when you used to only staying on one side of the hotel

The accommodation was really nice. Everything was clean and tidy. Very comfortable. Would stay there again.

The check in could have been made more efficient. Staff were not able to assist everyone checking in when the facility is fully booked. We were in a very long que. Waited for over an hour. The male manager was very sarcastic about the fact that the guests who booked through apps had to wait in que, as to guests who booked directly with the facility were able to express check in. At one stage there was only a single female receptionist trying to assist over 50 guests trying to check in. She was doing her best. She was a superstar. Her male colleague not so much. He made mistakes with rooms and she had to sort it out. He gave rooms to wrong guests etc.

The apartement is good for a solo traveler, The photos are nicer than it is. There was some refreshment in the fridge.

The place was clean but with a lot of dust everywhere, In the ceilings, in the cushions etc. I think the lady that clean can not reach high areas and that is the reason.
